When do I pay?+
After we review your order we email you a confirmation and a secure payment link. Nothing is charged before you approve it.
How do photo lithophanes work?+
We turn your photo into a 3D print with different thicknesses. When light shines through it, the photo appears. Attach the photo in the order form (or send it on WhatsApp).
What are the pieces made of?+
PLA printed in our workshop. Cookie cutters use food-contact PLA; hand wash only.
Can I talk to someone?+
Yes — message Bruna on WhatsApp at (774) 722-5366. After you order, the confirmation screen has a button that sends us your order number.
What if I need it faster?+
Add your date in "Needed by". We confirm by email whether we can make it before you pay.
